2023 Sakai Camp
Hello all, and happy new year!
We have firmed up some of the hotel details for Sakai Camp, and you will find all of the details to date in the following doc: 2023 Sakai Camp - Planning and Tentative Agenda
Highlights:
- Sakai Camp will be Mon and Tues Feb 6-7 at the meeting will take place at Hyatt House in the Gathering Room in Orlando, FL. (Sun Feb 5 is the optional theme park day.)
- The room block will be at Hyatt Place. The two properties share a parking lot and it is literally a 30 second walk from one to the other. The group rate is $139 per night plus 12.5% tax. Breakfast is included with the room.
- If you plan to attend F2F, please register in Eventbrite so that we have an accurate headcount. (Registration is free.)
- If you would like to propose agenda items to be discussed at camp, please add them to the document.
- If you'd like to stay up to date with camp info, announcements, and other planning details, join the sakai-camp-2023[at]apereo[dot]org email group, and/or the #sakai-camp-2023 Slack channel.
- Let me know if you want to attend but don't have a budget for travel. Travel sponsorships are available.
(Note: For those not attending F2F, there will be opportunities to join parts of the meeting virtually - times, dates, and connection info TBA.)
