Open Apereo 2022: The Value of Open Source

Since 2020, EDUCAUSE’s Top 10 IT Issues have focused on Digital Transformation (Dx), “to better meet campus needs by leveraging technology and data.” The Road to Digital Transformation includes incorporating open standards into enterprise IT to simplify integration and IT management and open educational resources (OER) to promote sustainability. Open source software—driven by standards and devoted to sustainability—is another valuable resource campuses can leverage to optimize the institution’s operations, innovate in teaching and learning, and advance strategic initiatives; realizing the value and benefits of Dx. As Forrester puts it, “open source powers enterprise digital transformation,” urging, “CIOs need to embrace open source software to drive change.”

Open Apereo 2022: Registration Fees

The registration fee for the Open Apereo 2022 Virtual Conference covers all online activities from Tuesday morning's Welcome through Wednesday's Stack-Hack. All registration fees below are listed in US Dollars.

Early Bird Pricing is extended through Wednesday, June 1st.

• Apereo Foundation Member Organization: $39 (Regular Pricing: $59)
• Apereo Foundation Non-Member Organization: $49 (Regular Pricing $79)
• Student (with valid Student ID): $19

Group Discounts 

If registering 5 or more individuals as a group, from the same organization, a discount of $10 off will be applied to each registrant in the group. Discounts will be applied to Open Apereo 2022: Member or Non-Member Registrations. (Not available for Student or Friends of Apereo Registrations). For Group Registrations:

• Complete the Group Registration Sheet (The linked sheet is View Only. Please make a copy or download to your device to add in your group information).
• Complete the Registration Form for the Primary Registrant and be prepared to upload the completed Group Registration Sheet.
• You will choose the Attendee Category for your group, select "Pay Later by Invoice" as your payment method and the Apereo Registrar will issue an invoice for payment.
