Opencast 16.9

Hi everyone,
it is my pleasure to announce that Opencast 16.9 has been released:

The documentation for the release can be found at:

This release mostly enables Opencast to wait until the index becomes available during boot-up.

RPM and Debian packages as well as container images will be available soon. Watch for announcements in the Opencast Releases Matrix channel.

To all contributors, thank you for your hard work. This could not have happened without you, and I am glad we were able to work together and get this release out.
