CFP Open Sakai Virtual Conference 2026

The Call for Proposals is now open for the 2026 Sakai Virtual Conference, which will take place on Tuesday, June 23rd, 2026.

This year’s theme—Interoperability—speaks to something many of us across the Apereo community are actively working toward: creating more connected, flexible, and open digital learning environments.

Whether you’re part of the Sakai community, another Apereo project, or simply exploring open solutions in teaching and learning, we’d love to hear from you.

You might consider submitting a proposal if you:

• Have a course design or teaching approach you’d like to share
• Are using Sakai alongside other tools or platforms
• Have experimented with integrations, workflows, or new ideas that improve the learning experience

You don’t need to be a technical expert. Some of the most valuable sessions come from real-world experiences, practical insights, and lessons learned along the way.
