Opencast 7.0 Release

Opencast 7.0 is scheduled for release on June 13th.  Major new features include an overhaul of the permissions management system, as well as improvements to multi-tenancy operation and storage cleanup.  Full release notes can be found at https://docs.opencast.org/r/7.x/admin/releasenotes/.
