Opencast Studio
Since its first release in Opencast 8.2, Opencast Studio got some new features, some quality of life improvements, and lots of bug fixes. The major new features are a video device and quality selector, a microphone selector, a simple built-in video editor and a progress bar when uploading the video. Furthermore, Studio is now available in 5 languages (plus a couple partially translated ones), offers lots more configuration options and has a more robust error recovery.
Studio is used in production by many universities and other organizations. Since the beginning of 2020, tens of thousands of videos have been recorded with it.
