Tobira: A Video Portal for Higher Education Institutions
Development on Tobia, a new video portal for Opencast, has begun. Funded by the ETH Zürich and developed by the ELAN e.V., it shall give organizations a modern, flexible and scalable hub to work with their institutions' videos, highlight content and allow users to interact and share media.
Tobira is a free, open-source software developed completely in the open from day one. It is based on modern technologies and easy to deploy on cloud infrastructure.
