Tsugi Achieves LTI Advantage Certification

Tsugi (www.tsugicloud.org) is one of the first learning tools to achieve a brand-new certification for an interoperability standard called LTI Advantage, continuing the longtime leadership of open source learning projects in the Apereo Foundation in standards and interoperability. Tsugi is an application library that allows rapid development of standards-compliant learning applications.
